Returns

If you purchase a COCONO product and it does perform as promised, we are here to help. You may return the product within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, in-store credit, or refund of the purchase price. If we made an error in the ordering process or the product arrives damaged and cannot be fixed with a replacement part, we will pay the cost to return the product and send you the correct or new product. Please see additional information below for the full policy.

Product condition: Unopened, undamaged packaging (original packaging) 

Procedure:

  • Start a return by completing the Return Form below.
  • We will send you a shipping label to be printed and used on the package OR you can arrange your own shipping.
  • Please allow 10 days from receipt of the returned product for your refund to be posted.

Refund amount:

  • The original purchase price of the product will be refunded, less 20% restocking fee and less shipping fees (if you used our shipping label).
  • For products that offer free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Product condition: Opened box

Procedure:

  • Start a return by completing the Return Form below.
  • If possible, package product using original, undamaged packaging.
  • We will send you a shipping label to be printed and used on the package OR you can arrange your own shipping.
  • Please allow 10 days from receipt of the returned product for your refund to be posted.

Refund amount:

  • The original purchase price of the product will be refunded, less 20% restocking fee and less shipping fees (if you used our shipping label). For products that offer free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the product is inadequately packaged and becomes damaged during return shipping, a refund will not be issued.
  • If you arranged your own shipping and the product is lost or damaged, a refund will not be issued. The customer would be responsible for filing their own claim with the shipping carrier should an issue occur.

Product condition: Damaged product 

Procedure:

  • If the package/product is delivered damaged, refuse the delivery.
  • If package was not able to be refused, document any damage to the packaging prior to opening.
  • Start a return by completing the Return Form below.
  • If possible, package product using original, undamaged packaging.
  • We will send you a shipping label to be printed and used on the package.

Refund amount:

  • The full original purchase price of the product will be refunded.
  • We will pay for the shipping cost to return the damaged product.
