How will my safe arrive?

Cocono Wall Safes ship in a box the size 4 average pizza boxes stacked on top of each other.
Cocono 15 Mini Safes and 20 Small Safes ship in a box the size of a microwave.
Cocono 40 Medium Safes ship in a box the size of a mini fridge.
Gardall 1612/2 and 1812/2 safes ship strapped to a pallet.

Delivery options:

1.    Standard delivery – outside placement, free, no rush

Safes in boxes are delivered by a standard Fedex truck to the door of your home or business.

Safes on pallets are delivered by a Fedex truck with a liftgate. An appointment is required, and can be scheduled via email or text. The Fedex driver will deliver the safe on the pallet to the door of your home or business or inside a garage, but will not move the safe through a doorway.

2.    Inside delivery – inside placement, $400 per safe, fast delivery

Any safe can be delivered inside and packaging removed. An appointment is required, and can be scheduled via a link sent by email or text. You will receive a call the day of the delivery to confirm.We strongly recommend selecting inside delivery for the Gardall 1612/2 (300 lbs) and the Gardall 1812/2 (313 lbs).

For all safes: visually inspect the product before accepting the delivery. If it is damaged, refuse delivery. Take photos of any of the damage and send them to us at info@coconosafes.com. Delivery is completed by a third-party, and is governed by the relevant section in our terms & conditions.
