I ordered the Olive Cocono 20 safe and it arrived with supreme packaging. The safe is gorgeous with its brush metal appearance. This is definitely one of my favorite items in the entire house. Serves my purpose of storing valuables while giving me peace of mind being fire proof for a reasonable amount of time. This was money well spent and I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't mind spending the extra money to get a top-notch, high quality safe that will last a lifetime. This safe was easy to program and use as well. Just make sure you have a dolly if you are moving the carton alone inside your home.

Needed a fire proof safe for documents that didn’t look like 1980, this one is exactly what I need.

I've been looking for the right sized safe for years. I wanted a decent fire safe to store social security cards, passports, birth certificates, a few sentimental keepsakes, nothing fancy just well built and sturdy. This safe far exceeded my expectations. I had questions about delivery and install, and customer service got right back to my emails. At the end of the day it was a really easy installation process - took 2 of us to lug it up the stairs, but now that it's in place it looks great and took less than 5 minutes to set the codes. If you've been casually looking at safes online for years like me, just do it. This one is great.

I love the look of the ivory safe. My neighbor’s apartment got broken into a few weeks ago and I decided it was time to invest in a safe. Living in a small apartment means that there is nowhere to hide a safe, so I wanted one that is both secure and not terrible to look at. This one is perfect. Since my landlord also owns the apartment that got broken into she was fine with me anchoring it into the floor. Thing is very stable now, like my bed would be easier to steal than the safe. Strong recommend.

We have been enjoying using our Cocono 20 safe since January, 2024. Customer service responded immediately when we needed help with the door initially, but set up was altogether wonderfully clear and straightforward. I appreciate that two sets of finger prints can be stored/programmed and that a code can be used in place of fingerprints if needed. It is so reassuring to know that our important documents and items are stored safely and in such a sleek safe.

The engineering on the this safe is well done. The door fits well and bolts work consistently. The safe comes with all the directions to set it up, we got it done in under an hour. For some reason the biometric scanner took a minute to set up with my wife’s finger, but we got it on the second try.
